Sale or Clearance Terms and Conditions
Check and money order preferred on Clearance items. Visa and MasterCard is accepted through shop. All international orders of sale merchandise: 6% handling charge will be added to total.

It is not always possible to combine shipments due to discrepancy in size of items

Some dressed dolls and outfits supplied in oversized boxes, heavy dolls or items such as Trunks or Furniture. Items excluded are marked as such on the website.  These items may be subject to a separate shipping charges or a small surcharge when part of combined shipping.

A minimal surcharge will be added for oversized or extra heavy items. Due to extreme differences in size and shape of some packaging, not all orders can be combined for free or lower shipping. 

Shipping will be determined by mailing address, weight and size of shipment.

Payment information:
For Non-Clearance items ( anything not discounted by more than 20% of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) and Domestic and International orders, we
accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, Visa Mastercard and Paypal.

For Clearance items ( anything discounted by more than 20% off Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) Preferred Methods of Payment are Checks and Money Orders For Domestic.

Bank Card or Paypal purchases of Clearance items, a handling charge of 4% of the total with shipping will be added.

For International Bank Card or Paypal purchases of Clearance items a handling charge of 5% of the total with shipping will be added.

Shipping General

Shipments are in shipper box and are sent via Fedex Ground Home Delivery or USPS, whichever is most cost effective, as determined by dealer. Delivery Confirmation is required for all USPS Shipments.

There will be a minor surcharge for double boxing and/or use of carrier requested by customer.

Partial Orders

Partial orders are to be paid for when they arrive at Sweetheart's Dolls.
Partial orders cannot be held for more than 60 days.
