Patsi was looking her best at the UFDC dinner in a fine white batiste dress with silk ribbons, flounces and lace at the end of each flounce. A little below the waist she wears a lilac colored silk ribbon with rich silk ribbon flower embroidery. 

The day after the dinner, Patsi went to see the Liberty Bell which impressed her so much that she asked Heidi to make her an "American Girl" outfit.
